U.S. address.
- Choose "Ship Everything Together" if you are asked to select
a shipping preference during checkout.
- Select the U.S. Standard Ground Shipping.

and are shipped from the US Distribution Center. Returns or cancellations
which reduce the number of items actually purchased to less than five
items may result in forfeiture of the free shipping discount applied at

- Select the Priority B shipping method.

| Returns or Cancellations |
| Returns or cancellations which reduce the number of items

| Items which are large and/or heavy or requiring special
shipping and handling |
| Items which are large and/or heavy (more than 1.5 kilograms
(3.2 pounds) per item) or items that require special shipping and handling
are not eligible for Free Shipping. If such an item appears in your order
of 5 or more items, you will not be charged a shipping fee for the four
or more items, but you will be charged a shipping fee for the special item(s).
Also the special item might be shipped separately from other items in your
order for security reasons, and in some cases, these items may require an
adult signature upon delivery. You will be notified via e-mail of any changes
in the shipping fees of your order. |
