Periodically each year, the Hellenic American Network (HAN), the Hellenic Literature Society (HLS) and Attica Editions (AE), sponsor a national advertising campaign that reaches more than 60,000 of their members directly in their homes. Through our combined efforts, we have created the most extensive, up-to-date database of Americans of Greek heritage in the U.S.A. and we’d like to show you how to take advantage of this expansive resource to maximize your advertising dollars. These campaigns offer you the opportunity to reach this targeted American community with minimum effort and cost. Simply, provide us with your advertising brochure and we’ll do the rest. Our market evaluations indicate that the mailed color brochures are kept by these families for approximately twelve months, thus eliminating the need for repeated advertisements which are required by other advertising media.

Participation in the mailings is available to only a limited number of companies. In addition, competitive products and services will not be allowed to participate in the same mailing. Our periodic mailings, which are targeted each to pre-selected destinations, offer you the most cost effective means to reach one of the most affluent communities in America. For your reference, the table below shows an approximate breakdown of the current number of American households of Greek heritage that can be reached per state.

In addition to our periodic mailings, we can create customized mailings (postal mailings and/or e-mails), exclusively for you. You can chose to reach all of the households listed in our database, or you can target your market by state, city, zip code, or any combination thereof. By taking advantage of this service, you no longer need to worry about outdated or incomplete mailing lists. Because of the daily communication of the three primary participants with their members and the on-going direct mailing advertisements, our database is updated daily and our facilities are ready to work for you! The HAN’s electronic connection with the computer of the US Postal Service for address change notifications, subscription to the “Address Correction Request” service and continuous periodic mailings are our guarantees for an error free database. The HAN’s database is certified by the US Postal Service Coding Accuracy Support System and Postnet barcoding system.

PARTICIPATION FEES AND GUIDELINES

Fees are based on current postage rates and are subject to change. Please contact our office in New Jerseywith your proposed requirements for a quote.

One advertising insert = 5 ¾ x 8 ¾ inches or 3 ¾ x 8 ¾ maximum overall dimensions.
One advertising card 6x11 inches maximum overall dimensions.
Four pages maximum per insert; e.g. one 8 ½ x 11 inches folded in half is considered to be four pages. 
Other sizes will also be considered.           

Please call for folding rates, if an insert requires folding to bring it within the maximum dimensions specified.

If you wish to include additional pages, please call for availability of space and adjusted price schedule.

Minimum 1000 addresses per mailing

Inserts must be delivered to our mailing facilities in Westwood, New Jersey. We also provide printing services – just send us the PDF file of your advertising insert (300 DPI minimum resolution).
